• Complete engineering services including solid modeling, structural and magnetic FEA. These services are used not only to design the components, but to analyze the integrity of the component in the system.
• Full in-house manufacturing capability and certified suppliers for special processes.
• A quality control system certified for compliance with MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, NHB5300.4(1B) and (1C) and MIL-STD-45662.
• Clean room certified to FED-STD-209, Grade 10,000 with Grade 100 assembly and IPA cleaning stations with available NVR certification.
• Complete performance and environmental testing facilities. All components and systems are fully acceptance tested.
