ValveTech Year 2000 compliant statement.

ValveTech has implemented a Year 2000 (Y2K) compliance program. Most ordering and billing are done on a case by case basis. This minimizes the risk of Y2K problems.

All computer clocks have been tested. Non compliant computers are scheduled to be replaced by 12/98. The following table lists software in use and its current Y2K status. Only software that could affect business has been included. Software for day-to-day operations, such as engineering calculation software, has not been included.

MicroSoft Window's 95 Yes Update from MS has been installed and tested.
MicroSoft Window's NT Yes Service pack 3 is installed on all NT based computers. Only service pack 2 is required for Y2K compliance.
MicroSoft Office Products Yes Update of Window's 95 required. Use oize="2">Update of Window's 95 required. Use on NT stations is compliant.
BusinessWorks Untested Update to version 12, which is tested by the vendor for compliance has been installed. This software has not been tested by ValveTech for Y2K compliance.
Alliance MRP Yes Taken from Alliance statement.

All systems have been tested in a year 2000 day. All non compliant hardware has been removed.
